@αℓαяι I'm not the author but I know the answer for this. It's because the Open Jacket modifies the base model, not only a texture. This mod also modifies the base model, so that's why it conflicts.

I recommend that you should add jigglebones, if you can. Without it, Zoey looks like she's wearing a fake ugly wig. It looks very awkward in third person.
