Well that seems like never as SirGibsAlot syas that he will most likely never update his submissions with TLS Support

Probably not, seeing as SirGibsAlot (who made this and the current version of the globally offensive m16) has not yet updated his submission to include support for the Last Stand. If he updates his submission, I will update mine with the newer rifle model and textures.
