Cyborg Rocketeer Enemy Resource

Now updated for Serious Sam Fusion.

This adds in a new enemy resource for SSHD. It has its own custom parameters, sounds, textures, models and netricsa message. It also includes a friendly version (The one that carries the serious bomb) so he can fight along with you.

Please note that this is an enemy resource, not a modification. This is for mappers who want to add some enemy variation in their maps.
