North East Coastal Map Theme (Weather & Disasters Adjusted)

Here is an adjusted Temperate map theme, yay.

So, I live in NJ, and we don't get many disasters. So, since we rarely get things like Earthquakes, Tornadoes, and Meteor Strikes, I've lowered them accordingly to be more representative of the North East coast.

I've also modified the temperature range to match the temperature range of Philadelphia. I looked up the yearly averages of Philadelphia in 2016, and set the min/max temperature accordingly. I've also made slight adjustments to rain and fog temperatures.

Astetically, I changed the water of dirty/polluted water to be more of an off blue, to make it look less like mud being dumped into the water, to more along the lines of an off blue.

That's really it, I mainly made this for a map of Philadelphia I've been working on, and will be publishing soon.
