Waterfog B-Gone by Exodave

Makes you see underwater much easier. (Does not always work in clubs, but it should)
Explore the underwater part of the sea like never before!

- Changes the "underwaterlighting.binfab" to remove the fog effect underwater.
(Which is identical to the file that ExoDave uses in his "ExoDave Easy to see biomes" mod).
