This pack contains 17 props that decorate my upcoming Park Inn Berlin Modular Hotel.

1-4. Front and rear awnings, composed of two parts each (frame and glass). The glass planes use the semi-transparent rotor shader
5. Large Park Inn lighted sign for the roof
6. Park Inn lighted sign for the front entrance
7. Park Inn logo for walls
8. Roof stairs, so basejumpers can exit the roof
9. Basejump support structure for the bungee cord
10. Basejump plank so your Cims can jump off the roof :P
11-12. Basejump landing target & banner w Jochen Schweizer logo
13-14. Large lighted billboards, each with 18 scripted prop lights
15-17. Europcar rental agency signage

The overall filesize may seem large, but that is only because multiple props (and the main buildings) share one large 2048x2048 set of textures (diffuse, illumination, alpha, specular). These textures are packed over and over again here, with the plan that memory will be saved on load by the Loading Screen Mod. Although this mod is not required, I highly recommend it! It will improve your overall game performance significantly.

Each of these props has a custom handmade LOD with a low triangle count.

I went to extra effort to break this project into many parts so that you guys can get creative with them. I'm repeatedly impressed by what people are making, and would love to see screenshots or videos if you choose to use these assets. These props and the four main Park Inn buildings to follow represent 3 1/2 weeks of full time work for me. It's been a labor of love! This C:S community is awesome.

That's fine, yeah it would not look as good without having the thickness to give it debth, also I have looked more into the Radisson Chain in which 'Park Inn by Radisson' hotels are also in the US (sparsly mind you) but it still fits my theme, its not just a european chain. So thank you for trying and explaining this to me, I will bother you no further, also congrats on the Reichstag, had to get it myself, just to look at the dome :D amazing work-- also using your ferry passageway signs on all my bridges -- thanks for trying -- and have a nice day

@Brandon I took a look at the Radisson sign. the way I did it here is that it's just two flat quads w transparencies. I dont think they would look good by themselves. It would need to be re-extracted from illustrator and given a "can" (sign talk... the curvy boxes behind the letters), like how the "park inn" is in this sign. Would take some effort :/

wow thanks for considering all these thing, I mean yeah it lights up at night, but I didn't expect you to bother, the scale does not matter since I'll use prop scalling-- yeah the green stripe would be cool, thats the signature part of the logo for the american chain. It will go nicly with Sven's corperate signs :) thanks! very kind of you to offer to make it!

so you would like a big Radisson sign by itself w a green stripe underneath. Are they lit at up at night? Does that part matter?

Could you please make the Radisson part of the sign is own logo, with the green Radisson underline-- I am recreating downtown Rochester NY and would love the logo for the hotel there, but the Park Inn part of the logo does not look american-- would greatly appreciate this-- doesn't matter what size since I'll use prop scalling :) also congrats on the trip to Stockholm!
