My 5th Retexture! I didn't really change much tbh. I just moved the old retextures over to the new model.

If you don't like the textures you will need to uninstall this file and then reinstall the model.

Jeez guys, if you've got your panties so far up your rear over someone retexturing a model, why don't you ask the model author themselves about it in the future?

Alright, we do have information on permissions.

While I dislike retextures and keep my own private, at least you were willing to provide proof of permission.

You really should post proof of permission. A screenshot of the note that was giving permission would suffice. Maybe you did get proof, maybe you didn't. But you should always post proof of permission. It's never wise to not do so, on retextures of models that do not allow retextures.
