Can I change the picture in the editor？

@elias they are edited versions that I took the ticker off. I posted a link in the description. The files are named "vertical" so you have to adjust the file names

how did you manage to not have that part with the ticker?
i really do not find a template from GCVos with only the billboard. could you please link it? or if you created that on you own, could you please send me the template files?

@RPG Gamer Man nothing to do with intelligence or knowing how to mod, or being disabled. If you can play Cities Skylines (which isn't a simple game) then you can make a billboard using GCVos billboard template. All you have to do is copy and paste an image over his template, and import it into the asset editor.

again, my statement had nothing to do with assuming everyone knows how to do everything. it had everything to do with GCVos making this incredible tutorial and files available so anyone that doesn't know how to mod can make a billboard.

Please don't assume everyone knows how to mod. I don't mod personally, and am disabled so i rely on others, like you, to mod great things in the game. Assuming everyone can do everything is a mistake i made in the past. At one time, i thought everyone was as smart as i was, but i now know this was a mistake on my part of being arrogent as there is smarter people in the world, and others that aren't. I just accept people for who they are now, regardless of inteligence level.

i have no clue what that is, or how to mod sir. I am not a modder, and the one i tried with milkshake ended up very badly.

@RPG Gamer Man this is litterally the easiest thing you can do for the game using GCVos's files and template.

any chance you can make other realistic billboards to put around town? This is great work btw!
