Descripción
Status: Built

One Liberty Plaza was completed in 1972 in New York City. Construction started in 1969 on the site of the Singer Building and its neighbor the City Investing Building. Back in 1908 both buildings where competing to taller than each other and the won out becoming the tallest building in the world (until the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower was completed in 1909). These two building competed with each other in style and height, however in 1968 to make space for One Liberty Plaza, then U.S. Steel Building, when both were torn down to make space, they became the largest and second largest buildings ever demolished.

One Liberty Plaza towers 100 feet taller than the Singer building and with its nearly 1 full acre floors has more space inside it than both the Singer and City Investing buildings combined.

I have been buisy but I still plan on makin buildings, including 3 WTC, I don't have a timeframe however.

Your buildings are awesome. Im creating a 1:1 replica of Manhattan with as many buildings as I can find. Are you still working on 3 World Trade Center? Nobody else on the workshop has made it, and i'm just plain terrible at asset creating with blender and sketchup.

I tried several things to optomize it but by the time i got done with one way. The model looked wrong and didnt shave off to many tris, so i decided I would keep it as is and mabey after a few more projects I might come back and see if I can do something else to lower its tris.

Love the building but the file size is a bit hefty for a more recent asset. Can it be optimised?

Yes I want to add rico to all my buildings but om still trying to figure out how i should make the stats. I want it to fit the buildings but not to high that it off balances the game.

Will this have RICO added? This makes a great generic office building.
