描述
Small changes in standard solar panels
that will help in the design of ships and survival

- add Small variant for Large Block (2x1x1 LB)
- add Large variant for Small Block (20x10x1 SB)
- reworking of mount points
- reworking of components for building (not much)
- new GUI Icons (this only for better usability)

Will be great a small version of solar panels for smal ship (1x1x1) or (2x1x1)
and batteries for small ship (1x1x1)
