Here's a little something I made, it requires CUP Vehicles. If you want the source files to make it better, let me know and you can have them.
You can drive it around and MAGA or you can blow it up to get rid of your frustration.

fixed the issue where the tank was not showing in the editor anymore. this is due to CUP hiding the old Abrams models, so i just put in scope=2 for Trump Tank
