No cliffs map theme

This had pretty much been done for a while, so I decided to finish it up. This map theme is intended for those fairly flat maps like the Dutch-styled maps by Zakerias, where cliff textures poking out here and there just doesn't make sense. Instead you'll have dirt/mud revealing itself.

The cliff is where you'll see the most difference, but all the textures have improved versions in this theme, including water normal and foam. Roads are left to the default, while gravel is a nice and light color. This theme works well with many different LUTs.

Also the cliff texture does look kinda silly on large surfaces like a mountain side. :P
