READ ME - DEVELOPERS ONLY - Feel free to make a weapon using my tracers, just let me know and add me to the authors list.

Tracers:

cz_lasergun_tracer_red
cz_lasergun_tracer_blue
cz_web_tracer
beam_effect_red_tracer
beam_effect_dark_orange_tracer
beam_effect_mint_blue_tracer
beam_effect_green_tracer
beam_effect_dark_green_tracer

To add them to your Swep copy paste and edit this:

AddCSLuaFile( "effects/tracername.lua" )

To do:
Add new tracers

I'm not sure. To use it with a turret tool you may need a special script.

Yes. If you can't find "VTFEdit.exe" it could have been removed for mistake, check your antivirus.

I can't open them in VTFedit unless converting to vtf beforehand. Is there a .exe program of sorts in VTFedit's folders I should find?

You can't use gimp. You need vtfedit to convert textures to vtf.

Do you remember what specific options you used to export the file to from GIMP to vtf? I can't seem to get mine to render.

I'm sorry but I don't know. Try using addons with particles and bullet tracers management features.
