Sorry about the error, I don't know what's causing it. I don't play l4d2 anymore and I don't plan updating the mod. I guess it might be caused by l4d1 hunter model, in this case you can try using the mod linked few comments below. Sorry for inconvenience.

you can now get an add-on to this mod which replaces the l4d1 hunter.
