what is vehicle on 2nd picture?

may i please have the 2nd and 3rd picture creations, and also, sorry, but what software do you use aswell? for downloading i would like to try and make something in the software and try to give something back to you if needed in return for the 2 vehicles? (in the thumbnails)

I made a skins by myself. using free 3D graphics software.

Where do you even begin when making skins? What's the process? Do you cut art from other games and paste them over the default ones? Beseige developers are ok with this? A lot of questions but if you have the time, please enlighten me thanks. - Burnhot
