Repulsor

The repulsor, or pulse thruster, is based afer the antigrav propulsion in far future sci fi.
Mainly, it's fun. I tried to balance it fairly and I think it's okay at that, but this mod is supposed to be make flying more fun and carefree. It's nnot meant to be used alone.


What's it do?
The Repulsor is a thruster with no burn, very low direct thrust, very high dampening thrust and high power consumption. It works better in natural gravity regardless of atmosphere but isn't useless in space.


Advantages:
Can haul large amounts of weight
No burn
Makes good braking system
Uses superconductors instead of thrust components, good for a planet start.
20x dampening force

Diadvantages:
High power consumptiom
Low direct force.
Can't always go up directly.


The block comes in 2 sizes.
Repulsor - 1x1x1 -Has 1/2 the thrust of a vanilla small thruster and twice the power consumption.
Heavy Thruster - 3x3x1- Basically a regulra repulsor x10
