You need to use Advanced Bone Tool to move bones.
Every workshop model is located in " addons/ ".
If the model is invisible for you unsubscribe and then resubscribe that should fix it.

DON'T ADD ME IF YOU HAVE NO REASON OR JUST WANT TO SAY THAT YOU LIKE MY MODELS TYPE THAT IN THE COMMENTS. I DONT PLAY GMOD DONT ADD ME TO PLAY GMOD WITH ME.

Sure, it's a Nintendo property, but if I were the mod maker and made the model completely custom, I wouldn't take it down. And if it got forcibly taken down, I'd reupload it, because of how much effort was put into making it.

Now if the model was RIPPED from a Nintendo game's files, it'd be a bit different. But it's not.
