描述
This mod has been officially fixed, with some minor functionality (e.g. accurate grenades) missing temporarily until a fix is found. I will try to maintain this mod as best as I can.

If SNPCs go into a T-Pose when they die, then make sure 'Keep Corpses' is turned off!
Requirements:
REQUIRES Half-Life: Source to be mounted for textures, materials, (s)npcs, etc.

ConVar Commands:
ai_hlsnpcs_accurategrenades (DEPRECATED)
0 = Grenades will not be accurate.
1 = Grenades will be accurate.

ai_hlsnpcs_game_end_ally
0 = Game will not end when ally dies.
1 = Game will end when ally dies (map restarts).

ai_hlsnpcs_corpses_lifetime
How long (in seconds) a corpse will stay before being cleaned.

ai_hlsnpcs_difficulty
How hard the SNPCs will be (multiplies damage and health).

ai_hlsnpcs_friendlyrebels
0 = Rebels will be hostile to ally SNPCs.
1 = Rebels will be friendly to ally SNPCs.

ai_hlsnpcs_tracers
0 = Bullets won't be traced.
1 = Bullets will be traced.

ai_hlsnpcs_squads
0 = Grunts won't form squads automatically.
1 = Grunts will form squads automatically.

ai_hlsnpcs_patrol_on_spawn
0 = SNPCs won't patrol on spawn.
1 = SNPCs will patrol on spawn.

ai_hlsnpcs_hls_to_hl1 (Recommended to keep set at 1)

ai_hlsnpcs_drop_shells (DEPRECATED)
0 = Weapons won't drop shells when fired.
1 = Weapons will drop shells when fired.

ai_hlsnpcs_headshots
0 = Headshots won't affect damage taken.
1 = Headshots will do massive amounts of damage.

ai_hlsnpcs_firedelay (DEPRECATED)
Broken in its current state.

ai_hlsnpcs_apachemissiles (DEPRECATED)
No longer used because monster_apache was officially added.

ai_hlsnpcs_headcrabdrops
0 = Zombies won't drop headcrabs upon death.
1 = Zombies will drop headcrabs upon death.

ai_hlsnpcs_hungercrabdrops
0 = They Hunger SNPCs won't drop hungercrabs upon death.
1 = They Hunger SNPCs will drop hungercrabs upon death.

ai_hlsnpcs_dropgrenades
0 = Grunts won't drop grenades by entities.
1 = Grunts will drop grenades by entities in specific conditions.

ai_hlsnpcs_dropgrenadesplayer
0 = Grunts won't drop grenades by players.
1 = Grunts will drop grenades by players in specific conditions.

ai_hlsnpcs_patrolallowed
0 = Patrolling disabled entirely.
1 = Patrolling enabled.

ai_hlsnpcs_traitor
0 = Ally SNPCs won't defect when damaged by a player.
1 = Ally SNPCs will defect when damaged by a player.

ai_hlsnpcs_allycolors (DEPRECATED)
0 = Ally SNPCs won't be colored purple.
1 = Ally SNPCs will be colored purple.

ai_hlsnpcs_grenadenotify (DEPRECATED)
0 = Grenade actions will not be printed to console.
1 = Grenade actions will be printed to console ("Throwing a grenade to flush you out!").

ai_hlsnpcs_hdgrenades (Disabled in Multiplayer, works only in Singleplayer at this time)
0 = HD models will not throw HD grenades.
1 = HD models will throw HD grenades.

ai_hlsnpcs_hlgibs
0 = SNPCs won't be gibbed upon death.
1 = SNPCs will be gibbed upon death.

ai_hlsnpcs_hostageyell
0 = Hostages won't yell at a player on sight.
1 = Hostages will yell at a player on sight.

->Add Sweet Half-Life SNPCs pack?
->Fix multiplayer glitch preventing HD and Strogg grenades from moving.
->Fix hassault mass grenade spawning.
->Fix "monster_barney" SNPCs getting their dialogue desynced when player asks them to follow.
->Fix missing chrome textures.
->Rewrite code / optimize, if necessary.
->Rewrite AI, possibly.

Koolwhip do you have HL:S installed? or the addon which replaces bullet casing from hl2 with HL1? if not yeah its gonna be that

just an fyi you can use npc:SetShouldServerRagdoll( false ) to avoid the serverside ragdoll issue
