The Red Hawk Elementary Gym contains only two classrooms capible of teaching 75 students. A full service lunchroom and kitchen, Auditorium, and well-stocked gymnasium allow it's service area to be massive. Use it in conjunction with the Red Hawk Kindergarten or Elementary School to expand the capabilities and service radius of these schools.

The Gym has a high up-front cost, but it requires little maintenance.

Soo .... sub-buildings don't work now because it was added to the game officially ... but you can't use the sub-building building?

I'm sorry to confirm, I'm also getting the blue ground (the blue mantle effect). I have the Sub-Building mod enabled, and this ground effect is overriding any decals used.

Make sure the sub-building mod is enabled in asset manager.
I have a revamp of this asset on the to-do list to make it a little less cumbersome to get working properly, but it's going to be a little while before I get around to it.

If you really like the grass texture, you can use this large decal: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=808637188
with the non-subbulding version of the asset to replicate the same effect.
