IMPORTANT: The NON-sub-building enabled version can be found here: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=760397556
Use that version if you can't get the sub-building enabler mod to work properly, or if you just plain don't like the custom ground texture.

The Red Hawk Elementary School building contains a large number of classrooms, use it as a the center module for the Kindergarten and the Gymnasium or as a stand-alone larger capacity school.

Service radius is improved to allow for long chains of suburban households to upgrade.

I'm disappointed that the entire floor of the school is just blank... as in it just missing textures or warped into the ground :( Thought I was missing an asset but I don't think so.

it is an oldie but a goody! I realized my computer was lagging and wouldnt load their page! Did you plan to make a High school? I have not seen one yet if you did.

That will happen if the SubBuilding Enabler mod is either not present or not working.
I would advise using this asset instead: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=760397556

Now that SubBuildings are supported in the base game without mods, I plan on updating this asset to not require the mod. But I've been so busy with the refinery project that it just keeps getting bumped... Not to mention that I don't really like how the ground texture turned out in the first place, I really advise using the non-SubBuilding version.
