This mod makes Ursa Miner's inventory be 100% complete regardless of story progress. This means that those players who'd prefer to skip the story altogether can use this mod, alongside a 100% complete universe.dat (in universe storage; it stores your outpost progress, and upon story completion allows all the outpost merchants to be used without completing story missions), to effectively have little reason to complete the storyline a second time.

Probably compatible with everything. Now attaches to Portable Outpost properly! (I hope)

UPDATE: Hopefully fixed item duplication glitch. I set it to replace instead of add. This may cause issues if any mods change the order of the shop's inventory, but I'm hoping none do.

Actually I'm wrong, it works fine. My guess is, the mining laser only unlocks after story progress, which explains why I didn't see it on a new character.

As I dunno how to make the two compatible fully, in that the mining laser is unlocked immediately, I'll just say that this makes the VANILLA items all accessible at the start. Mod added items may or may not be unlocked immediately.

So I may have noticed a slight issue. There's a mod that adds the mech mining laser schematic to Ursa Miner, but this mod MAY possibly conflict. I'm about to see if that is still the case or not.

Hopefully 1.3 didn't wreck the mod too much. I'll be testing this myself, but any additional reports of issues and/or missing items would be nice.

Nope, this mod doesn't add any items, it simply makes Ursa Miner sell all ores and tools from the get-go.

Seems to work; didn't actually clear the quests to fully check, but it doesn't crash and it successfully spawns the items in question into the shop, so all things considered, I think I got it fixed!

Updated, hopefully this'll fix the item duplication glitch. I'm gonna do some testing to make sure it works.
