Craftable Shackles

An issue I noticed with this is that when one of your characters are making them, they just wear them and end up enslaving themselves. The items are also "locked" so the character can't put any extra ones that they make into inventory on their own. Another thing is that the storage for these can only hold one.

Nvm I figured out how to make them work. So my idea was to sneak approach someone who is sleeping and has a very low chance of being knocked out and put the shackles on them to make them easier to defeat. You have to move away the shoes they are wearing to their inventory then right click on the shackles to put them on their booth slot. One problem tho. After you put the shackles on , when you unlock them they disappear. So it's not possible to carry one shackle and reuse it on different people which forces you to carry several shackles and that makes you heavy and also takes up your inventory space.I wish it was possible to reuse the shackles so carrying only one should be sufficient for you to get the job done.

By downloading this mod I thought I would be able to put this one someone that is too strong for me too defeat in a fight in order to apply some kind of stat debuff so I can fight them easly but here I am ,the watcher lying asleep in front of me with a %45 knock out chance so this is the exact stiuation I got this mod yet I can't put the shackles on her. Either the mod is bugged or the shackless can only be put on people that you already caged which make it totally useless.

It doesn't 'enslave' them. But does have the following effect :
stealth down to 0.38
Athletics down to 0.78
Combat skills -15
basically stops them running (but not being able to run away) and makes them ♥♥♥♥ at fighting.

Does the shackles restrict them from being able to run? or wield weapons efficiently? or is it strictly for looks.... IFso ill sub asap

For thoses who want to enslaves characters (only in your squad), this is how I do it :
1.Craft the shackle
2. Select your future slave and pick up the shackle (right clic)
3. Close the inventory and re-open it, right click on it like you want to equip it and done !

It will not be a "real slave" unfortunately but for RP purpose it still works =)

You should create a new item to go with this called a heavy chain, theres like two maybe three links in between those shackles, using a whole sheet of ARMOR chainmail seems a bit of a waste. :/ after you take the three links of chain from the sheet what do you do with the rest of it?.
