Can I use this model for my Super Combine SNPC?

Here, I made some NPCs and a Playermodel of this mod. http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=932324414 I have them as Citizens, Metropolice, and Combine animation.
( I also wanted to note that the model when I extrected it to add the NPC animations that it had metropolice animations rather than citizen but that was just something I found. )

Well alright, sorry if I sounded a little rude.

The funny thing is, I included the metropolice animations in the qc file, that's quite literally the only included animation set.

Should've rigged it to the Combine Soldier, or Metropolice animations. Citizen animations are complete ♥♥♥♥, they shoot the guns in a girly/cowardly fashion, and their reloads just doesn't make sense.
