Ammo Pocket Fix

*** THERE'S A VANILLA BUG CAUSING AMMO TO GO MISSING IF YOU PLACE THEM IN AMMO POCKET BUT REMOVE FROM UTILITY SLOT, TO FIX USE TONS OF UTILITY ITEMS (or don't remove ammo from utility slot if you saw them duplicate)

Since June 30th patch, you can now enable Ammo Pocket with any ability specified in XComGameData.ini under [XComGame.X2AbilityTemplateManager] with AbilityUnlocksAmmoPocket, but any ammo equipped in the ammo pocket has no effect. This mod fixes that behaviour, note that ammos in ammo pocket takes priority over ammos in utility slot (The UI will allow you to equip 2 ammo, but only 1 will have effect, I can't fix this behaviour because it involves another overwrite that can cause a lot more conflicts)

Note: This does not add the ammo slot by itself, ammo slot is granted by any perk listed in the ini config mentioned above (Currently it's empty, you may add it yourself or through other mods).

Compability:
Overwrites HotLoadAmmo (Ability)
Do not use this mod if you are using Ammo As Weapon Mods, as this functionality is already integrated into that mod
