描述
You will most likely need the content from CS:S and HL2:EP2 for everything to show up properly.

Hello there. It has been a good whtle since I have last published a map. This was a project that I had started on a while back and decided to finish.

For those of you wondering whether or not I am going to quit mapmaking or something, my answer is this: I pretty much make maps on the basis of inspiration and self motivation. If I don't feel either of these, I don't use my time to work on maps and do other things instead. So what I'm saying is I don't know whether or not I'm going to make another map after this one. Only time will tell.

The map is about a half scale version of the track Monza in Italy. My goal in making the map was to make it very close to the real thing given the space and resouces I had to work with. The map is made entirely in Hammer Editor.

Important info:
- The name of the map is gm_mini_monza and should be in the sandbox tab when you choose the map to play on.
- The garage doors open when you press E when facing them
- The starting lights for the grid are activated by a checkered button on the post of the light closest to the starting line.The signal will activate after a 5-7 second delay. First the lights will turn red one by one to let the driver prepare to launch the car. When they all turn green, That's when you leave the grid.

Things to be added or fixed in the future:
- Functional sandtraps that actually slow the car down.
- A system that forces players to slow down to pit speed upon entering the pits
- Some of the walls have a glitch where they extend too far out, so I will try fixing that.
- Perhaps some suggestions you have about the map

Like some others said. The Oval would be pretty nice to have, even though its never used anymore. You should give it some thought. I wish I didn't still have missing textures, even with the required games installed. Maybe the map is broken? Aside form that, the map itself is great. I like it.

Have you considered trying out Simfphys lua vehicles base? it has got integrated traction multiplier for different terrains, full vehicle customizability, very realistic vehicle physics and a lot more. Also there are loads of different vehicles (cars, tanks and others) made for simfphys or ported to simfphys. It also has steering wheel / controller support (requires an extra addon). In my opinion, simfphys is the best vehicle base out there. Now, why i mentioned this is because i don't want you to add the "functional sandtraps" because simfphys vehicles already slow down when hitting sand, so that would just ruin driving with simfphys cars in this map. I tried driving in "gmtc_track" with simfphys cars and some of them would even glitch out and start bouncing when hitting the sand. So please, don't add functional sandtraps, or if you do make a different version of the map. I enjoy this map heavily, but using it on a server for our track days, people reported their cameras going into the skybox at certain points on the map.

can you delete signs on the first chicane because i want to drive without chicane
