Adds the Fire Nation from Avatar: The Last Airbender

Trait: Sozin's Legacy
Double quantity of Iron and Coal. +1 production and +1 science to mines. All land and sea units cost 20% less maintanence, 50% incease in combat strength during Golden Ages, but golden ages last only half as long.

UU: Fire Nation Tank (Replaces the landship, availible at industrialization)
Has 45 combat strength and starts with the "Firbending Tactics" promotion giving it 15% increase in attack strength in open and rough terrain, vs. fortified units and cities, and strikes fear into enemies, but has -15% defense strength in open and rough terrain.

UU2: Fire Nation Battleship (Replaces the ironclad, availible at industrialization)
Has 40 combat strength and 45 ranged strength. Starts with the "Armor Plating" and "Firbending Tactics" promotions.

Start Bias: Coast

I have no clue how to convert civ4 models or even how to make Civ5 models.
Do you have to have some tutorials you could point me to?
Most of what I've looked up involved programs that wouldn't run on my PC.
