描述
This mod gives you extra trait points and trait picks. Its best to add in the empire creation but you can add it mid game.

Cost = -40 (IE gives you 40 trait points)
Increases max traits per species.

Change Logs
4.0
Updated to new 4.0 format

Note
-I don't play stellaris much any more, I only make mods but when I have time I try to fix problems so report them and i'll look if I have time. I do play major updates.

This does work for the base game but no longer star trek mod or genetic modification

this could use an up date. Its there as a trait but it says Never when i try to add it through genetics. playing star trek civilization mod... use to work.

Please, add stubs for localisation exept english. Just copy and rename en_ file.

if i play machin there is a negativ pop growing on all planets of -10 permanen and on habitats too ald ring worlds

@preoximerianas I have not tried the new update yet, I do know it broke all my mods though so will need to update them... I likely won't play until many of my fav used mods are updated, I will update my mods though within the next week, likely over this weekend.

it is indeed going to be a interesting update i think it is going to break 80% of the mods
