Well I didn't know there was already a mod haha. Basicaly the other mod set Daiteikoku characters via their Empire. Mine just create an empire with all the characters of Daiteikoku. I reckon there are nor enough different characters to create 3 differents countries but after it's up to you to stick to mine or not

You can access to my modified files though.
Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\workshop\content\XXXXXX\YYYYYY
Open Y folder and search for the right mod. Then open the .zip gfx\portraits\portraits

can you tell me how you added phenotypes and genders to your race, can't tealy figure it out.
