An Eclectic Style home, commonly found in American suburbs.

This is part of a large set for this style. A mirrored and slightly altered version of 5A.

The basics:

*Low Residential growable
*Level 5
*4x3 lot that will expand to 4x4 with additional back yard space and a pool if space is available.
*4 color variations

Model:

Main model - 2,805 tris, 1024x1024 textures
LOD model - 124 tris, 128x128 textures

No RICO is necessary, just get the Find It or Search Box mods, and the Disable Zone Check mod, then use the search box to search "American Eclectic". Plop any of the houses you see in the results. You can use that method to place any other growable buildings in the game, too.
