Adds the United Nations Space Command as a country

Thanks to Volman and Peewi for their tutorials.

I hope there's someone planning on doing a complete Halo mod!

not sure why my mods wont work subed for many none seem to work or show up in game though.

Have you thought about adding more to this mod? like add the noble team logo to this and a odst squad

since it's possible to create noble team and odst

The idea of Marine -> ODST -> Spartan seems incredible. That would fit this game rediculously well.
