This Tree set does cause the Game to crash. I checked all the Assets and Mods related to this Map Theme and only this one crashes the game.

Dani2105- It's only a tree. Trees cannot crash your game as they serve no code function. You have an issue somewhere else. Most likely a mod conflict somewhere.

This tree does causes the game to crash! it creates a graphical glitch which makes is impossible to play the game. I have disabled all my assets and re-activated them 10 by 10 in order to find the problem and this tree set was the problem. The game won't actually crash or shut down but the glitch will make it impossible to play which results in the same thing.
