[DX11] SlopeLadder by KSY

A ladder - after a fashion. During a stream by w4stedspace, someone called RoofLes suggested that a mod be created that add ladders as re-modeled 2x1 slopes since that's the closest that a block mod can come to adding ladders at the moment. I thought it was a cute idea, so I did it. That said:

It's a ladder. It's a slope. That's about it. It's pretty cheap and pretty light because I really didn't think it'd be something that one could take advantage of, but if anyone has any reccomendations for different values that would be helpful.

A ladder. It's 2x1. It has little lights on it. It's fully colorable (the ladder, not the lights, although if you want colorable lights feel free to leave a comment). It can be placed in either 1 2x1 block or two 1x1 blocks, and there is a version (2x1) that actually emits light.

DX11 + Mostly DX9 Combatible. The DX9 colorable system is strange and confusing. I'm not sure if it will ever look right, but I intend to find a way to make it color better in DX9 at some point soon.
