THE FLOOD LIGHTS ARE PLOPPABLE IN EVERY FREE SPACE OF YOUR CITY --> Enlighten your City even more ;)
The pictures show examples for its purpose: Especially huge buildings, that break the borders of the normal footprints can be enlightened now, as you can see with the Nou Camp Stadion.

You will find the flood lights at the end of your electricity buildings.
No cost --> only optical effects!

large flood lights when placed show a gap between ground and the start of the pole... can it be fixed?

du musst im prinzip nur auf den grünen "Abonnieren"-Button hier klicken.

Die Gebäude hier sind aber in unterschiedlichen Kathegorien und werden vom Spiel unterschiedlich benutzt und haben unterschiedliche Effekte. Parks zB kannst du so so oft bauen wie du willst, während einzigartige Gebäude (Unique Buildings) nur einmal gebaut werden können. Und natürlich gibt es auch Gebäude, die automatisch in deinen Wohngebieten/Einkaufsgebieten/Büros/Industrie entstehen.

Mein Tip: Mach dich erstmal mit dem Spiel ansich vertraut, bevor du allzu viel abonnierst. Man ist schnell geneigt, jeden Quatsch zu abonnieren, den man dann eigentlich nie benutzt ;)

Wie kann ich den die Sachen aus dem Workshop ins Spiel einfügen bzw. im Spiel bauen?

Das ist das Nou Camp Stadion. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass ich im Asset-Editor vorher schon an der Überdachtung Lichter angebracht habe (Die oben verlinkte Datei hat gar keine Lichter). Nur die restlichen Flutlichter muss man auf die auf den Bildern beschrieben Weise einfügen.
