You should play "HyperDimension Neptunia"series in order to know Blanc.

Founded cities start with a little additional territory.

RANGE 3 / MOVEMENT 2
Lowee’s magical soldier is powerful magical unit.
Magical Soldier can do Ranged attacks may be performed over obstacles

[UB]"Lowee Global Expo"
HAPPINESS +1 / CULTURE +3
/ GREAT WRITER POINT +3 / LITERATURE SLOT +2
Blanc’s Dojinshi sells in Lowee Global Expo twice a year.

Is it just me or is Magical Soldier able to casually travel across coast/ocean tiles (without "embarking") as if it was flat land and/or walk over mountains?

Which DLC do you have? Vanilla? GaK? or BNW?
This mod can run only on BNW. Sorry..

It's a shame Mina replaced her in the later games, I hope she makes a comback at some point.
If your right then Lowee might be my new favourite nation :)

By the way, do any of these mods require the G+K or BNW DLC?

I like Financier.
She is the best cutest minor character.
So I want to use her portrait picture as the UU.

That’s right.
She is not magical soldier.
However, I think that all Lowee's people can use magic.
