So I decided to make a modular sewage treatment facility. This is the administration and laboratory building. It does treat a bit of sewage, but I mainly made it as decoration. It employs a few people (16) of different levels of education. It is modelled after Mariagerfjord Rensningsanlæg in Denmark, but isn't 100% true to the real thing. It creates noise pollution to mimic the smell and garbage to mimic the sludge waste.

Note that the line of bushes next to the parking spaces is a park and not part of the building (and can be found in the collection) as I used all the 64 props we can have without it. The park isn't needed and you can put the buildings together however you like :)
