RICO buildings are ment to give larger buildings a gameplay effect. So if you have a 10x10 factory ploppable, you can add jobs and make it industrial. Making buildings that have allready a gameplay meaning like growable residential sounds pointless to me :P

I'm not a modder, but cant you just copy the entire model and make a RICO version?
