[Growable] Laurel Hills Tower

Opis
The Laurel Hills Tower

Yet another BIG growable. Because this game's growables aren't tall enough and stuff (s-sorry CO).

This level 5 high density residential tower will "grow" on 4x3 lots. It's about 120 meters tall (just a bit lower than the Aqualina Tower). This one isn't as luxurious as the Aqualina, but still it looks nice (right?). Also it comes with a little Starbucks on its ground floor for your little cims!.

This time there aren't color variations. Sorry, but in my opinion this building in particular didn't look right in other than this color.

Inspired by a completely random building placed next to the Hearst tower in New York, probably built during the 70s

By the way, the name is totally made up.

The model
~2700 triangles.
1024 x 1024 texture (diffuse, normal, specular, alpha and illumination)
Custom 53 triangles L-L-L-LOD model (it works, IT WORKS)

This got so much repetitive in my savegame.

Definitely an issue with this one - overrides terrain for about 4 squares behind the building.

@DJSADERS: the dog park comes with the after dark dlc (i am 90% sure, it may also be in snowfall), so you need an addon for this prop

Has odd, quirky behavior such as flattening the ground behind it; it supersedes any other form of terraforming, leaving unfixable holes in the ground. It also builds insanely slowly with an abnormally big animation. I wasn't able to source a cause but it's the only building that's caused this behavior in my world.
