This is simply a buffed Hospital:

Smaller size: 8x4
+25% more ambulances (from 30 to 38)
+25% more healthcare radius (1200 to 1500)
+25% more patient capacity (500 to 625)
+25% faster curing rate (35 to 44)
Half cost and maintenance
Worker count same as default

Cost: 32,500$
Maintenance: 1,200$/week

European Hospital model that is usable for all maps (Temperate, Boreal, Tropical, and European)

Having an issue with the helicopters not functionning. They just fly around in circles doing nothing. Also with this mod enabled all my normal buildings with helicopters no longer spawn them.
