An american commercial building - Low density - 2x2 - Lvl 2 corner / right.

The main model is 1304 triangles, 1081 edges, 401 faces ; the LOD is 142 triangles.
Main Model with specular, normal, illumination, diffuse and colormask ; LOD with specular, alpha, colormask, illumination and diffuse.
All texture maps are in JPEG. 1024x1024 for main model ; 512 x 512 for LOD model.

For awning colors ; and prop randomizer for more diversity.

Nah, continue please to comment and criticize what I'm doing. I dont have a problem with that, it's nice from you. But just be patient, I didnt forgot a problem, I deal with my IRL life :)

Your LODS axis completely rotates from the model and is not in sync with the main model, it turns 90 degrees clockwise. Might want to check that out.
