Опис
A small american commercial building - Low density - Lvl 1 2x3 or 2x4 (with a small backyard).

The main model is 679 triangles, 574 edges, 204 faces ; the LOD is 130 triangles.
Main Model with specular, normal, diffuse, illumination and colormask ; LOD with specular, alpha, illumination, colormask and diffuse.
All texture maps are in JPEG. 1024x1024 for main model ; 512 x 512 for LOD model.

For awning colors ; and prop randomizer for more diversity.

I just dont understand why you want this building in level two version. There are equivalents in terms of footprints : the Hoffmann building, the Lafayette building.

Sorry for my bad Eng))) I just say what your building have "Low density - Lvl 1". Can you create a "Low density - Lvl 2" version?

I'm not sure to understand. This is a W2W building. It has to be used with specfic others buildings, inside a thema for example. Actually, the level one thema is complete, even if building variety is missing. I will create others buildings.
But I think I dont understand :/

I think you can change the building level yourself if you want; they are some mods if I remember.

Attercap, can you help me?) Change this building to Level 2, or create 2nd version. Point is that this building built close to the nearby sites and isn't suitable for the Level 1, which is dominated by free-standing buildings in the middle of site. Thanks!

Looks good. I'd love to see things like this proliferate in low density commercial areas. early game commercial buildings look kind of strange.

Oups you're right Shroomblaze ! I forgot to decrease saturation and luminosity of the model_lod_d ! I will update the building today.

As I said before a lot of your buildings change brightness and saturation when zoomed out. Glad to see you adding the awning geometry to the lod. :)
