I know the game can hide things while in game, you need to click and hold the arrow when you get to the end of the trees bar and then after clicking and holding down for a few seconds use your mouse wheel to scroll, that can get some things to show up sometimes. It's a known bug.

This flower has disappeared from my game and im unsure why. Anyone else notice it missing or having a problem or an idea how I can get it back....maybe a unsub and resub?
