I always wanted a map for sandbox servers but with a city for RP. That's what I made.
There is an interior for almost all buldings which can be used for RP and there is enough place for building and crafting things.

The map can be used on RP servers BUT I recommand on sandbox because this is not made for full RP.
There is no game or addon required.

Every structure can be modified in the future as long the map is not finish.
Not fully noded but this is planned.
Nav mesh too.
