Welcome to What Destiny Intended, a map that aspires to be the largest, the most diverse, and the most exciting Stargate map on the workshop. From the very beginning, the mission was simple: to produce the best possible Stargate roleplay experience ever on the Steam Workshop. From there on we've been making regular updates and pushing the Source Engine to its limits, to create even more worlds to visit in-game.

1. Why does my game crash when I go to specific worlds?

Unsubscribe from this addon to fix it.

2. Help! I am missing textures!

This is quite an uncommon issue but I have decided to address it anyway.
Before doing this though, make sure that you have Counterstrike: Source and any other requirements mentioned in this description.

Unsubscribe from all of CAP
Unsubscribe from gm_what_destiny_intended and its content packs
Go into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons and delete all the files that start with the word "cap" and those that start with "gm_what_destiny_intended"
Launch Gmod, click the Options button, hit the tilde "~" key on your keyboard, and type "menu_cleanupgmas" into the thing that pops up (without quotes)
Re-subscribe to all of CAP as well as gm_what_destiny_intended and its content

3. How do I open SGC doors?

Click on a keycard scanner with a keycard (foud under Weapons > Dr. Rush > SGC Keycard); it will unlock/open the door. The door will automatically lock after it has opened.

╠-● SGC keycard: 1. ranks that can be set based on the person 2. specific access/lockout features
╠-● Add quarantine system to Atlantis with a “haz-mat” SWEP which works similar to the SGC SWEP
╠-● Add Defcon sound, incoming sound, code 9&3 alarm sound, Laboratory breach sound.
╠-● Add to Atlantis- incoming sound, a better self destruct, quarantine alarm sound, the incoming object sound (the sound that plays when wraith darts are trying to crash into the city or when a rock is about to)
╠-● Add more to the SGC such as Carter’s lab or Daniel’s office
╚-● Add McKay’s lab to Atlantis, a desk to weir’s office, closable doors to the conference room

I don't know how many people asked this but i dont really want to go through 67 pages of comments, does anyone know all the locations? like i know Abydos, midway, SGC , Atlantis, Alpha Site and Destiny. But i am completely lost with the other parts, does anyone know?

its cap enhanced the og mod but better fixed more content being updated and maintained and much more, taking suggestions and stuff, i wanna use this map but have have the better stargate mod, can you do this, will it work, please and thanks, sorry

This map is truly amazing, so detailed and cool! If only i were good at mapping, destiny needs its bridge

hey, so when I try loading the map, it keeps closing out garrys mod even though i have CSS and content pack. idk if its something with my computer but if this chat isnt dead, could you help me?
