NEW : UPDATED for After Dark Nighttime

Add (some) variety to your Office zones... with the STU Office building.

Some stats :

Grows on a 2 deep x 3 wide lot
1394 tris - 1024 textures
Custom LOD 78 tris - 128 textures

4 floors
Grows with two slightly different shades of emerald green tinted windows.

Purpose built to take the place of some of the small blue office buildings that grow everywhere like weed.

Growable office. Level 2




Updated : Revised main building and lod due to the asset editor messing with the textures.

I don't use 3x2 much but when i do, i know what's gonna spawn, and i know it's gonna look great

(also this is 3x2, not 2x3. the first number is the number of squares along the road)

Stated both Office and Commercial in this item. It's Office. Which one is it suppose to be?

And does the difference between 2x3 and 3x2 matter in creating District Styles? I think it does... It's actually not easy to put together quality Steam Workshop assets into a fulfilling District Style.

@Infidel : No, it just means it's updated with night lights (we tend to use the name "After Dark" for both the free night/day update and the paying DLC.)
