This is a No Texture version, strictly dirt. I also created a custom thumbnail and also moved this to the small roads category instead of parks for easy finding and better relation to what the asset is. Hope you enjoy!

Download the No Seagulls mod. Basically, because this is a park, the game will automatically create seagulls.

I really like this but like previous comment said, it makes swarms of seaguls. very annoying

Could u make a prop version of 1x1 and 1x4 versions please? Since we have prop line tools we can easily put them)

Does this asset create loads of seagulls? To me it seems so. And if so, how can I get rid of them?
