-Unique Building Level 6. stats based off of "sea and skyscraper"

-Scale is 1:1, so 110m height

-Scale is approx 14x15, so overlaps the default size a bit.

-1200 tris, 2048x1024 texture res, custom LOD(250 tris, 512x256 texture res)
