311 South Wacker Drive was completed in 1990 and, standing at 65 stories tall, is the 7th tallest building in Chicago, Illinois. Fun Fact: It is the tallest building in the world officially referred only by its street address.

This is the 1:1.5 Scale version of this building, so while it is exceptionally tall in its own right, it is not physically accurate. If you're in the mood for something even bigger, check out my 1:1 Scale version!

Fun Fact: 432 Park Ave. New York is the tallest building now, only known by it's adress.

Please lower the maintenance cost. This 1 asset will bleed any city.

Speaking of Chicago, there's a 1:1.25 version of the Sears tower floating around, but I was hoping one could make a 1:1.5 version to fit all the other skyscrapers? :3

Fantastic! Keep up the great work. Also, just to throw a few suggestions out there, it would be awesome if you could make Two Prudential Plaza, NBC Tower, Chase Tower, or First National Plaza. Thank you.
