[Growable] Aqualina Tower

Omschrijving
The Aqualina Tower
A big level 5 residential highrise. Its total height is about 125 meters. It has an automatic parking and a spa on the last floor woah! Yes, it's taller than the average level 5 buildings, but come on, the vainilla buildings are great but way too... short, for real life standards. This game needs taller growables.

I recommend to download a good ammount of level 5 buildings apart from this one or you will feel like your city is being invaded by me or something. The game has very few level 5 highrises.

Based on the Aqualina tower located in Rosario, Argentina (my natal city).

The model
4100 triangles (all dem balconies)
1024x1024 texture (diffuse, normal, specular, alpha, illumination and color)
4 aviable color variations
Custom 49 triangles LOD
It also respects the highrise ban, how nice.

There was a problem with the LOD (the game randomly decided to turn it blue). It's already fixed.
And then there was another problem with the LOD, some weird textures on the rooftop. It's already fixed. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, the LODs hate me.

Updated for After Dark, finally!
Also It seems like I finally managed to 100% fix the LOD and the color variations seem to be working too!. Today it was a good day :)

Quick question. Another building modder has a building that houses 240 residents. Can you tell me, please, how many residents your building is set to add to the city?
I read your details twice and cannot find that info anywhere. Am I missing it?

@StringerMarcus Yes, there seems to be a bug in C:S because scaffolds always go "across the street" when growables taller than the usual get built. It also happens with my Laurel Hills Tower :/
