fruit doesn't like to be rained on, either. But they like a shady place if it's a scorcher, aswell

you will need to go into the TOOLS menu from the main menu screen. then select a building you want to decorate and the props will be available there. They are in the parks menu, third tab over I believe.

currently, there is no way to place props directly in a city while its playing, but, we have requested that feature on the official forums.

also, I plan on creating my own buldings and parks soon and I will use my props, which means if you decide to subscribe to those other assets, you will need these props as dependancies. so, don't worry if you don't want to make your own buildings, these will be needed eventually for other assets that are on the way.

its a prop. you use it to build a new asset like a park.
