U need this mutation to play the following map:

Select play mutation and choose this one, then select the sandbox map.

Why is this mutation needed?
This mutation is needed to stop the special infected spawning naturally and increase the infected limit to let the special infected invasion work. This also prevent the survivor bots from teleporting.

There is a issue where it very fulls screen the game and your stuck with your hand and gun almost directly to the camera

It seems that special infected will start naturally spawning shortly after you die, and there are still some survivors left, Also the survivor bots still teleports.
